Full management service is subject to an initial set up fee of £240.00 inclusive of VAT for all private landlords and £360.00 for student rental landlords. This fee covers every aspect of the initial set up of the tenancy as detailed above as well as all our property inspections throughout its term.

This will be taken monthly and will equate to a percentage of the monthly rental income and be subject to VAT.


If we are managing the rental of your property we can offer a full 12 month policy with a nil excess for as little as £109.00. This policy covers up to a maximum of £50,000 in total rental income payable per claim and legal expenses of up to £100,000 to gain vacant possession.


We are very happy to provide a tenant find only service. References and credit checks will be carried out on all tenants as before, all relevant documentation will be prepared and executed and collection of the deposit and first month's rent will be organised. An inventory report can also be prepared at the landlord's request at an additional cost which will cost approximately £60-120.00 depending on the size of your property.

Our fee for a Tenant Find Service only is calculated at 60% of the first month's rent received inclusive of VAT.
